Sarah is a physiotherapist with a warm, bubbly presence that puts patients immediately at ease. From active young people and performance athletes through to older adults looking to maintain their independence and confidence, she brings the same thoughtful, hands-on approach to every patient she sees.
Her clinical specialties include back, neck and joint pain, orthopaedic rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, and care for older adults, and she draws on a broad treatment toolkit that includes manual therapy, shockwave therapy, soft tissue treatment, and performance profiling. Sarah is also a qualified Pilates teacher, and leads Physio-led Pilates Classes at the Balerno clinic – bringing an additional layer of movement expertise to her rehabilitation work.
As a qualified Rugby Medic, Sarah works pitchside with performance rugby players at independent school level – a natural extension of her passion for sport and her ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
For patients who find it difficult to travel, Sarah also offers home visits, and she has a particular gift for working with elderly and more frail patients – offering the kind of gentle, reassuring care that helps people feel safe, supported, and genuinely optimistic about what they can still achieve.
Outside the clinic, Sarah is a keen runner and bouldering enthusiast, which means she brings real personal insight to her work with anyone working their way back to the activities they love.
