I recently set up an appointment with Alan due to a very sore back. He assessed the problem,did some massage and gave me some exercises to do afterwards. The effect was dramatic and my pain all but disappeared. Alan also gave me some stretching routines to help me with my golf which have worked wonders. Can’t recommend Isla Cormie and Prime Sports Physio enough. I have been attending the clinic for regular massages to help with shoulder and back pain. Isla took the time to understand where I was holding tension and what I hoped to achieve from massage, then adapting each session to suit my needs. I’ve noticed a real improvement with less back pain and shoulder tension. And generally feel much more relaxed and looser in my ‘problem’ areas.
