Insurance Pre-Authorised Appointments
For treatments pre-authorised by most insurers (BUPA, AXA, Aviva, Vitality, Healix), fees are determined by the insurers and typically include:
- Initial Assessment: up to 40 minutes
- Follow-Up Appointment: up to 30 minutes
- Home visits - BUPA by discussion
For patients claiming reimbursement from their Health Cash Plan or for WPA clients, standard non-insurance fee schedules and appointment times apply.

Cancellation Policy
We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy (exceptions for illness). This allows us to offer your slot to someone on our waiting list.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice and appointments not attended, will be charged the full fee.
