Great experience with Alan, he listened really carefully to my son’s symptoms and devised an exercise plan that my son has been motivated to complete. Thank you - would come back again in future.

I had a great experience at this physiotherapy clinic. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from my very first visit. My physiotherapist took the time to understand my condition, explained everything clearly, and created a treatment plan that really helped. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my pain and mobility, and I appreciate the care and support I received throughout my treatment. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high-quality physiotherapy services.

I recently set up an appointment with Alan due to a very sore back. He assessed the problem, did some massage and gave me some exercises to do afterwards. The effect was dramatic and my pain all but disappeared. Alan also gave me some stretching routines to help me with my golf which have worked wonders. This is the third time I’ve used Prime for different issues and every time they’ve done a fantastic job. If you play golf and have a sore back go and see them!!

I had excellent treatment from Barrie for shoulder and neck pain. Barrie took time to assess my condition and explain treatment. Exercises and hands on treatment provided steady improvement reducing pain and improving sleep. I would thoroughly recommend Barrie.

Can’t recommend Isla Cormie and Prime Sports Physio enough. I have been attending the clinic for regular massages to help with shoulder and back pain.
Isla took the time to understand where I was holding tension and what I hoped to achieve from massage, then adapting each session to suit my needs.
I’ve noticed a real improvement with less back pain and shoulder tension. And generally feel much more relaxed and looser in my ‘problem’ areas.
