Jess is a natural problem solver who approaches every patient with the kind of analytical rigour that only comes from genuinely loving the process of working things out. With an undergraduate degree in Genetics before going on to complete an MSc in Physiotherapy and a diploma in Sports Massage, she has always been drawn to understanding the science behind how things work – and that curiosity translates directly into the quality of care her patients receive.

Her clinical work spans musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, covering back, neck and joint pain, orthopaedic rehabilitation, and sports injuries across teenagers and adults. Jess places a strong emphasis on hands-on treatment, integrating manual therapy and sports massage techniques alongside carefully tailored exercise prescription – and her attention to detail means that no aspect of a patient’s rehabilitation gets overlooked.

Rugby holds a particular place in Jess’s clinical heart. She has a specialist interest in rugby injuries and works with Watsonian’s Women’s Rugby Club, bringing both her technical knowledge and her genuine enthusiasm for the game to her work with players at all levels.

Once Jess gets talking about her patients and how to help them, it quickly becomes clear just how deeply she cares about getting things right. That dedication, combined with a warm and chatty manner, means patients quickly feel in very safe hands – reassured that someone is thinking carefully about every step of their recovery.

Outside the clinic, Jess can be found bouldering and climbing with friends.
