Sports Massage Therapist
Qualifications: ITEC Level 3 Sports Massage, REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer, 200-hour Yoga Teacher
Specialism: Sports Massage & Restorative Massage
Hannah is a sports massage therapist with over ten years of experience, working with clients from teenagers to those in their nineties. Her path into massage came by way of professional dance and fitness, and she went on to run her own sports massage business before joining the team. She has supported many competitive athletes, including powerlifters and ultrarunners, and her work as a rugby pitch-side first aider has given her a sharp eye for assessing and managing acute sports injuries, skills she brings directly into her treatment room.
Hannah draws on her training as a personal trainer and yoga teacher to bring a rounded understanding of movement and the body to every session, tailoring each treatment to what her client needs. She has a natural way of putting people at ease and helping them feel supported, whatever they are working towards.
Outside the clinic, Hannah is an enthusiastic outdoor athlete, taking on trail running, mountain biking, wild swimming, triathlons and extreme duathlons. Having competed at that level herself, she understands first-hand the value of a good sports massage. Whether you are preparing for a race, recovering from an injury or dealing with persistent pain, Hannah can help you feel, move and perform better.
