Aseel is a musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist at Prime Sports Physiotherapy, offering expert care across pain management, injury rehabilitation and performance-focused movement recovery. She brings a strong clinical background grounded in evidence-informed practice and a deep commitment to helping people move well and regain confidence in their bodies.

Originally from Canada, Aseel holds a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University where she specialised in rehabilitation and pain science. Prior to this, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics at University of Guelph, which equipped her with a strong foundation in human movement and performance.

Before joining Prime, Aseel worked extensively as an athletic trainer supporting athletes across basketball, football and wrestling, and with the general public across a wide range of injuries and movement-related goals. This experience honed her ability to deliver tailored, practical rehabilitation strategies that help people return to the activities they love – whether that’s sport, everyday movement, or performance training.

Aseel’s clinical focus lies in pain management, movement education and personalised rehabilitation. She aims to empower clients with clear explanations of the “how” and “why” behind their care, blending hands-on skills with progressive exercise prescription and meaningful goal-setting.

Outside of work, Aseel enjoys hiking, gym training, reading and exploring new hobbies. Aseel brings a warmth and energy to the clinic that patients notice from the moment they meet her.
