Nikki is Prime’s women’s health physiotherapist – and the reassurance that comes with knowing you are in expert hands begins from the moment you meet her. Warm, compassionate, and deeply experienced, she has a natural ability to put patients at ease when it comes to the kind of concerns that can feel difficult to raise, creating a space where pelvic health, bladder, bowel, or sexual health issues can be discussed with the same openness and ease as any other injury or condition.

As the lead women’s health physiotherapist at a local acute NHS hospital, Nikki is a recognised specialist in her field, bringing an exceptional level of clinical expertise to her work at Prime. She supports women through every stage of life – from pregnancy and postnatal recovery through to menopause and beyond – as well as treating a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions in both women and men.

Her pelvic health work covers everything from pelvic floor weakness and overactivity, stress and urge incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic pain through to postnatal recovery, diastasis recti, and post-menopausal changes affecting pelvic health and function. Nikki also offers our New Mum MOT – a comprehensive postnatal assessment designed to give new mothers a clear, reassuring picture of their recovery and the confidence to return to exercise and everyday life feeling supported and informed.
